Momentus Ticketing is a ticketing solution that keeps events and functions in Momentus Enterprise automatically in sync with your ticketing platform, letting you own your brand, your domain, and 100% of your fan, sales, and revenue data. Once the integration is active, eligible events and functions sync from Enterprise to Momentus Ticketing without manual updates or reconciliation.

Request Momentus Ticketing
If you are interested in Momentus Ticketing, go to Momentus Connect and find the Momentus Ticketing app. Review the details of the integration and click Initiate Request.
Your Momentus account team reviews the request. Once approved, Momentus enables Momentus Ticketing for your account and notifies you to complete the onboarding form.
Complete the Onboarding Form
Once Momentus Ticketing is enabled, go to the Momentus Ticketing app in Momentus Connect and click Configure. Complete the onboarding form with the following information:
- Number of sellers/venues: The number of unique venues under which tickets will be sold.
- Currency: The currency used at your venue.
- Time zone: The time zone used for your venue.
- Language: The language setting for your venue.
- Website: The website associated with your venue.
- One entry per venue, including the venue name and address
Note that the Currency, Time zone, Language, and Website only need to be entered once. If there is more than one seller though, you will need to choose Add Seller and enter the seller/venue name and address for each separate seller. We recommend referencing your configuration settings within Momentus to ensure the Venue names and details match exactly.
After you submit the onboarding form, Momentus support completes the remaining configuration and notifies you when Momentus Ticketing is active.
You only need to complete the information on the first page of the form and click Finish. The second page is completed by Momentus to finalize the configuration.
How It Works
Once configuration is complete, eligible events and functions sync automatically from Enterprise to Momentus Ticketing. An event must meet the following criteria to sync:
- The event's Box Office field is set to Yes.
- The event has a booking for the Space.
- The space is associated with a Venue.
- The event has a function with Usage set to Performance for that same Space.
Events only sync if they are created or updated after configuration is complete. There is no initial sync of past events. Momentus is the source of truth for events; changes made directly in your ticketing platform do not sync back into Momentus.
