Calendar Views
OneView has two views: week and month. These views display spaces from multiple venues in one place where you can find spaces which match your requirements, such as specific dates, certain cities to route a tour, different types of spaces, and more.
Each cell displays all bookings for the day, including those related to the spaces by way of combos. The bookings are colored by status as defined by the Portal Admin in the references.
Week View
The week view displays in a grid format. Each column is a day, and each row is a space/room at a venue. Rows are sorted alphabetically by country > city > venue > space/room. You are able to filter the information shown on your calendar, only displaying certain events based on venue, city, capacity, status, and more (see Calendar Filter Options).
To navigate to different days, click the forward and back arrows to move from week to week, or click the arrow by the date to jump to a different week. Click Today to quickly return to the current week.
Month View
In the month view, all bookings/events on a day will display on that date, regardless of the space it is booked in. Each day will display up to seven bookings/events. If there are additional bookings, you will see +[number] at the bottom of the day. Click on More to open a popup listing all bookings/events.
To navigate to different months, click the forward and back arrows to move from month to month, or click the arrow by the date to jump to a different month. Click Today to quickly return to the current month.
Composite/Combo Spaces
Both Enterprise and Elite allow you to create rooms/spaces that are made up of one or more smaller spaces. For example, in your venue is Ballroom A, Ballroom B, Ballroom C, and Ballroom D, and these spaces can be combined into the larger spaces Ballroom A+B, Ballroom B+C, Ballroom C+D, and the Grand Ballroom. These rooms are called Composite Spaces in Enterprise and Combo Rooms in Elite.
Events booked directly in a space (whether a normal space or composite/combo) will be colored the same as other events. Spaces which are now unavailable because of that event will display with a striped pattern. So if Ballroom A is booked, then Ballroom A+B and the Grand Ballroom will display as striped.
Note that combo-in-combo spaces in Enterprise are supported.
View Venue Details
You are able to view details about each venue, including a description, address, contacts, and a list of all spaces/rooms.
- To view venue details on the week view, click the venue name in the left column.
- To view venue details on the month view, click the icon by the venue name in the booking/event block.

Availability Mode
To view an avails calendar (displaying status only), toggle Availability Mode on. In addition to viewing the calendar in a simplified mode, you can export an avails calendar to send to an agent or promoter.
Search for Bookings/Events
You are able to search for specific bookings/events. Click the search icon in the upper-right corner and type at least three letters. Select your event from the search results to jump to the booking/event's date on the calendar.
Export/Share the Calendar
You are able to export or share the calendar several ways: export to Excel, save as PDF, or print.
- Export to Excel: To export to Excel, click the share arrow in the upper-right corner. Select the venues, spaces, date range, and if you would like the information to be split into sheets by month, then click Generate.
- Save as PDF and Print: To print the calendar you are viewing or export it as a PDF, click the printer icon in the upper-right corner. A print preview displays. In the lower-right corner, click the printer icon. Your browser's print window will open, allowing you to update any settings and select a printer or print to PDF.
Depending on the number of bookings in the date range you are printing/exporting, the calendar may not fit on one page.
