You are able to filter the information shown on your calendar - only displaying certain events based on venue, city, capacity, status, and more.
To filter the calendar:
- Click Filters at the top-left of the calendar.
- Add your filter options (see below for more details).
- Click Apply.
Filter options:
Venue Filters
- Venue Name(s): Select venue names from the list.
- Country: Select countries from the list.
- City: Select cities from the list. The city list is based on the countries selected in the Country field.
- Post/Zip Code: Type in a full or partial postal/zip code.
- Capacity: Type the capacity of the venues you wish to view. If the capacity entered falls within a venue's minimum/maximum capacity range, the venue's bookings will display. Venue capacity is defined when venues are created.
Space Filters
- Space Name(s): Select the spaces to view.
- Type: (Momentus Enterprise venues only) Select the types from the list. The list of space types are those in the space type reference created by the Portal Admin.
Event Filters
Be sure to select any spaces to filter by before selecting event filters.
- Show Events Only: Toggle this setting on to view one block for each event, rather than a block for each booking/booked space. Available on the month view only.
- Booking Status: Select statuses to view from the list. The list of statuses are those in the status reference created by the Portal Admin.
- Type: Select event types from the list. The list of types are those in the event type reference created by the Portal Admin.
- Category: (Momentus Enterprise venues only) Select categories from the list. The list of categories are those in the category reference created by the Portal Admin.
- Genre: (Momentus Elite venues only) Select genres from the list. The list of genres are those in the genre reference created by the Portal Admin.
