Do all events booked in a space display?

In order for events in a space to display in Momentus OneView, several conditions must be met:

• The space itself must be mapped. During the setup process, the venue manager will select which spaces/rooms in their venue will display in OneView. If a space is not selected, no events will display.
• All current and future events display, but only events up to three years in the past will display. Events which took place more than three years ago will not display.
• The event's references must be mapped. Portal Admins are able to map event data types from Momentus Enterprise and Momentus Elite to standard data types. If all of an event's references are not mapped (such as its status is but event type is not), it will not display. These data types are:
  • Booking/Event Status
  • Event Type
  • Event Categories (Enterprise only)
  • Genres (Elite only)
  • Space Types (Enterprise only)
