There are three user permissions in Momentus OneView.
General User
General Users are calendar viewers. The venues and event details they see depend on their individual venue permissions or the user group template assigned to them.
Venue Manager
The Venue Manager permission is given to Enterprise and Elite system admins to manage their venues and spaces (based on their assigned Venue Portfolio). If they should also view the calendar, they can be assigned a user group template.
Portal Admin
The Portal Admin manages the access and configuration for accounts/databases linked to OneView as well as manage users. Portal Admins can access all Administration areas and view all details in OneView.
