OneView keeps your Elite venue data current through a combination of real-time webhooks as well as supplemental sync tools: an automated once-daily sync and a manual sync via the Sync Now button.
Automated Daily Sync
In addition to real-time webhooks, OneView runs an automatic sync every 24 hours for all Elite venues. This catches any updates that webhooks may have missed.
- The sync runs daily at 12 AM EST.
- Any missed changes to events, bookings, or spaces from the prior day are pulled into OneView so your availability reflects the latest data.
- This sync applies only to Elite venues. Enterprise venues are not affected.
Sync Now Button
The Sync Now button on the Venue details drawer lets you trigger an immediate re-sync of all event webhooks for a specific Elite venue without waiting for the next automated run.
How to use the Sync Now button
- Open the Venue details drawer for the Elite venue you want to sync.
- At the bottom of the Spaces section, click Sync Now.
Rate limits and button behavior
- Manual sync is rate-limited to once per hour to protect performance.
- The button is disabled during an active sync and shortly after a successful sync.
- If a sync fails, you can retry up to three times. After three failed attempts, the button is temporarily disabled and you will be prompted to contact an admin.
The Sync Now button is available only for Elite venues.
Last Sync Timestamp
The "Last sync on …" timestamp appears at the bottom of the Spaces section in the Venue details drawer. It shows the date and time of the most recent either daily sync or manual Sync Now sync. It will not reflect real-time webhook syncs.
