The Merchant Portal is a site that allows you to view and report on payments, disputes, and payouts. The Merchant Portal is also where settings are managed for processing fees, terms & conditions, and other important payment settings.
Customers with Momentus Payments will have access to the Momentus Merchant Portal.
A Merchant Portal user is created during the Activate Momentus Payments stage and the user will receive an email with a link to activate their user account.
The first time you log into the Merchant Portal, you'll be taken to the Okta Dashboard (Okta is the identity provider application we use to handle logins). You can then navigate to the Merchant Portal (link below) and log in.
After the account is activated, two URLs will be available for login:
1. https://Merchantportal.ungerboeck.net which will contain live production payments, and
2. https://Testmerchantportal.ungerboeck.net which will contain any payments from the test environment
The password created during activation will work for both sites.
