This OneView update will be released February 9, 2026.
In this update:
- Venue Deletion: Administrators can now delete any venue within their Venue Portfolio directly from the Edit Venue drawer. The venue will be permanently deleted after 30 days, but will immediately disappear from the calendar and all list views. Spaces previously linked to the deleted venue remain available for mapping to a different venue, though spaces without an associated venue will not appear on the calendar. Existing bookings related to these spaces are not affected by the venue deletion. This streamlines the process of deboarding venues from OneView.
- User Group Template Page Update: The # of Users column has been removed from the User Group Template page.
- Google Maps Integration for Location Data: OneView now uses Google Maps APIs to retrieve city and country information for all venues. When multiple cities share the same name, the system automatically appends the state or region to distinguish them (for example, Allen-Texas and Allen-Ohio). This integration ensures accurate and consistent location data throughout the system.
- Display As Field for Elite Venue Names: A new Display As field is now available for users managing multiple Elite venues. This field allows you to set custom venue names that will be preserved during Elite synchronization, helping you maintain consistent naming conventions across your venue portfolio.
