Venue Details Now Shows Accurate Last Sync Time
The Venue Details panel now displays the time of the most recent successful sync, giving you visibility into when your Elite venue data was last updated. Admins can quickly confirm how current their venue data is without needing to trigger a sync just to check.
- OneView syncs Elite venues in three ways: Live Sync (changes appear in near real-time), Scheduled Sync (automatically runs daily at 12:00 UTC), and On-Demand Sync (admins can manually trigger a sync by clicking "Sync Now" on any venue).
- The timestamp reflects the most recent Scheduled Sync or On-Demand Sync. Live Sync runs continuously in the background and is not included in this timestamp.
- A tooltip on the Venue Details panel explains how the sync timestamp works.
Hidden Event Names Preserved After Sync
Hidden event names no longer revert to the placeholder name "Event" after an incremental background sync. Staff with access to hidden event details will see accurate event names consistently, without them being replaced after a sync runs.
