New
Enterprise OData API Catalog Expanded from 62 to 228 Endpoints
We have published 166 new Enterprise OData entities, taking the catalog from 62 endpoints to 228. The new entities extend coverage beyond event and registration data, into Accounts Payable and Receivable, Fixed Assets, Purchase Orders and Requisitions, General Ledger and Journal Entries, Inventory, Expense Reports, Event Opportunities, Memberships, Conversations, Statements, and Vouchers. The 62 endpoints that already existed are unchanged, so anything you have built against them continues to work as-is.
We have also fixed two issues on the API documentation site: long endpoint names no longer wrap awkwardly in the sidebar, and expandable object properties in the Response Schema tab now display correctly.
Outlook Calendar: Booking Portal Bookings Now Sync to Outlook
Bookings created through the booking portal now sync to Outlook along with everything else. Previously, portal bookings did not trigger a sync, so they never appeared on attendees' calendars, with no indication anything was missing.
Improved
Workflow Builder Templates Now Filtered by Product
Workflow Builder templates are now filtered by product. Elite tenants see only Elite templates, and Enterprise tenants see only Enterprise templates, instead of the full catalog across both products. You will only see automations that will actually work in your environment.
Outlook Calendar: Location Changes After Sync
You can now change the location on an Outlook event after it has already synced, and the change carries through correctly. Previously, the location was effectively fixed once the event reached Outlook, so a room change made in Momentus left attendees looking at the original room on their calendar.
Outlook Calendar Activity Log: Configurable Display Timezone and Manual Refresh
Administrators can now set the timezone used to display Activity Log timestamps, under the renamed Settings tab. The setting defaults based on your region and controls display only. It never changes the recorded event time. A new manual Refresh control also updates the log in place, without losing your current filters.
Fixes
Validation Webhooks Now Synchronous by Default
Validation webhooks (such as EventValidation) now always run synchronously, matching how Enterprise processes them. We have removed the "Set as Asynchronous" option for validation triggers, so this configuration can no longer be set in a way that breaks validation.
Outlook Calendar: Event Deletion Now Syncs for Bookings With Decimal Strike or Lead Hours
Deleting a synced event from Outlook now correctly cancels the corresponding Enterprise booking, including bookings that use a fractional (decimal) strike or lead hour, such as 1.34.
Outlook Calendar: Auto-Declined Events Retained
When Outlook auto-declines a meeting that exceeds a room's maximum booking duration, the Momentus event is now retained, so it can be corrected rather than recreated from scratch.
Outlook Calendar Activation Now Recoverable With No Mapped Spaces
If you activate Outlook Calendar before mapping any spaces, you can now return to the mapping step and complete setup yourself.
Outlook Calendar: Attendees Retained After Replacement
Replacing an attendee on a synced Outlook event now keeps the attendee in place after the change syncs to Enterprise.
Outlook Calendar: Correct Event Name in Sync Notifications
Sync notifications for an Enterprise-to-Outlook delete now correctly display the event name.
Outlook Calendar: Archived Accounts Excluded From Event Account Matching
Events created in Outlook now match only to active accounts in Enterprise.
Outlook Calendar: Duplicate Combo Space Mapping Entries Prevented
Combo space configurations that reference one another no longer create duplicate mapping entries.
Outlook Calendar Activity Log: Reset Now Clears All Filters
The Reset control on the Activity Log now clears every filter, including Operation, Status, Source, Destination Id, and Created On.
