Elite Data Sync Improvements
Automated Daily Sync
OneView now runs an automatic 24-hour sync for all Elite venues. This ensures your OneView calendar stays accurate and trustworthy, even when real-time webhooks fail.
- Elite venues are included in a daily long-polling job that runs every 24 hours at 12 AM EST.
- Any missed changes to events, bookings, or spaces from the prior day are pulled into OneView so availability reflects the latest data.
- This applies only to Elite integrations; Enterprise venues are not affected by this scheduled sync.
Sync Now Button
A new "Sync Now" button is now available on the Venue details drawer for Elite venues in OneView. This gives venue managers a fast, self-service way to refresh Elite data.
- The "Sync Now" button triggers an immediate re-sync of all event webhooks for that specific Elite venue.
- To protect application performance, manual sync is rate-limited to once per hour; the button is disabled during an active sync and shortly after a successful sync.
- If a manual sync fails, you can try again up to three times; after three failed attempts, the button is temporarily disabled and prompts you to contact an admin.
- This capability is available only for Elite venues; Enterprise venues are unchanged.
Last Sync Timestamp
The "Last sync on …" timestamp at the bottom of the Spaces section on the Venue details drawer shows the most recent successful sync — manual or automated — in your tenant's timezone, and is updated after each successful run. This gives you a clear indicator of when data was last refreshed.
Identify Whether an Event or Venue Comes from Elite or Enterprise
Event and Venue side panels now display an Elt or Ent label so you can immediately see whether information is coming from Elite or Enterprise.
This helps you quickly understand why events or venues might behave differently and reduces time spent troubleshooting data source confusion.
- A small signifier appears near the top of the Event and Venue side panels indicating whether the record is from Elite (Elt) or Enterprise (Ent).
- Hovering over the signifier shows a tooltip “Event synced from Elite” or “Venue synced from Enterprise” for added clarity.
Fixed
- Fixed an issue where the Date Last Refreshed and Next Planned Refresh fields were not appearing on event drawers in the production environment for both Elite and Enterprise events. These fields now display correctly, giving you full visibility into when each event's data was last updated and when the next refresh is scheduled.
