The Observe dashboards are standard dashboards for viewing data, as well as to provide inspiration and ideas for custom dashboards built with Empower.

Data Models and Standard Dashboards
Because Observe uses standard, pre-built dashboards, it is vital that you are using the Momentus application in a way that will feed the data into those dashboards. If your usage diverges from the standard, customizations can be made via an engagement with our technical services team, or you can create custom dashboards with the Empower Analytics Report Builder. Reach out to your primary Momentus contact for a data analysis and more information.
Access Observe
Access the Observe dashboards in Momentus Connect:
- In Enterprise, open the Main Menu and search for and select Momentus Connect. Momentus Connect will open in a new browser tab.
- In the header, click Analytics > Observe. The Observe page opens.
- In the dashboard dropdown, select a dashboard to view. Both Observe and custom dashboards built in Empower will be listed.
Dashboard Tools
Various tools are available on the dashboards, including:
- Filters: Various filters are available at the top of each dashboard; which filters are available will depend on the dashboard. Filters in use will display in blue tabs at the top of the dashboard.
- Glossary: Click the floating book icon on the right side of the dashboard to view detailed information about each data metric. You can search in the glossary slider to quickly find specific data.
- Hover over a widget for more options. Options will differ based on the type of widget.
- Update the filters for that widget.
- View the underlying data.
- Click the three dots to open a menu where you can:
- Expand the container to full screen
- Export the contents of the widget or copy to clipboard
- Refresh the data
Dashboards
The standard dashboards at this time are:
- Sales Performance: Track what’s booked, what’s missed, and what’s changing—so you can drive accountability and performance.
- Revenue Trends and Forecasting: Spot the trend lines before your forecast misses become budget problems.
- Sales Funnel: From lead to contract, track how your pipeline flows and where it stalls.
